Kirbey Hook will teach you all the safety, responsibility and laws so that you can apply for the Wisconsin concealed carry weapons license with confidence.  You can rest assured in Kirbey's life long training and passion of firearm safety and him teaching you.  You will learn the ultimate responsibility of your constitutional right - it is not to be taken lightly.
